Maffei devotes particular effort in the choice of fabrics
for its own parasols: they must abide to the best performances for
the outdoor. The fabrics are selected with high resistance to
rips, colour fastness and that offer a suitable
UV protection. Not only the fabrics, but also the yarns for the
seams must be up to the
Maffei standard.

Mytex
Mytex è is a Maffei exclusive fabric employed for outdoor protection covers. The fabric consists in 3 layers which, together, are capable of being:
• WATERPROOF
• BREATHABLE
The fabric is water resistant to mm 1200 and is rated extremely breathable. It is very resistant to traction and ripping (nail) and is finished in an anti-UV coating.
Allowing humidity to pass through and being protected by water, the covered belongings will be protected all year long, with an heavy decrease in the chance of rust and mould.
